Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom Products

Due to the nature of customization, custom-made products (such as printed decals, custom wrap kits, or personalized items) are non-returnable, except in cases of quality defects or fitment issues.
If you believe there’s a defect or the product does not fit as described, please contact us with supporting photos within 7 days of delivery.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase after your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must meet the same condition requirements as outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
